Today, the 26Th is my Birthday! I am a quarter of a century old. Lately I've had a hankering to bake something (this almost never happens) so I decided today would be the day. I originally thought birthday cake but after rethinking it I decided what I really wanted was Lemon Meringue Pie. So I did it, I baked my first pie!
