Eye Candy (Pt 3)

Unlike the last two pieces of "Eye Candy", I did not create this. However, I do claim the discovery of said "Eye Candy". This is defiantly a rare find, a jewel, a diamond in the rough. I hope that you will all enjoy and appreciate the "peachy" nature of this masterpiece.

A couple of observations:
1. Did Amy have a right arm transplant or something? Looks like she traded with a Jamaican.
2. Jenny and Sarah both seem to be quite upset that they didn't get a pearl necklace... or lace bib.
3. Emily gets the award for poofiest sleeves.
4. How did Becky get out of this one? Apparently she was the bride!
5. I wonder what the photographer at the studio was thinking?

Evelyn's Run

Ever since I started running Evelyn has been begging me to take her with me.  Now that she doesn't take naps I haven't been able to run as much.  So, I gave in and decided to take her with me for once.

We started out with a little of this...

Some stretching...

Some running...

And a few minute later lots and lots of walking.  She started out great but didn't last long.  I think I'll give her a few more years.  She'll be a great little runner some day.

Kite Flying

The kids recently went to a birthday party and they got a kite to take home.  I was probably more excited about it then Evelyn was at least until she found out what it did.  We went straight home and decided to give it a try.  I remember doing it once as a kid and having tons of fun running around trying to get it in flight, watching it go like seriously high in the air and watching my dad do everything he can to get it out of all the trees we got it stuck in.  We didn't have a whole lot of success this time around but then again it was a free kite.  I managed a few time to get it up to about 20 feet or so and Evelyn got it to 10.  But it just wouldn't stay up like I remember.  Maybe I was doing it wrong, who knows.  Despite our lack of aviation experience however we all did have a really great time.  I let the kids hold the kite while I ran and I told them when to let go and then they chased after the kite each time in full on giggles.

Pizza at the Park

March 28th, 2009~

My parents came down for a little impromptu visit with everyone.  We met up at the park and my parents brought pizza!  Some of you have already seen these on my facebook but I wanted to put it up here too.  It was such a great day!

You can never go wrong with pizza.

Evelyn and Grandma

From front to back: Aubrey, Preston, Grandma Fitzgerald (my mom) & Eliza

Aubrey and Grandpa (my dad)

And the answer is...

A long while ago I asked the question "How many questions does Evelyn ask in a day?.  Thanks everyone for playing along.  I'm sorry it's taken SO long to update but the verdict is in.  The answer is...  (drumroll please!)...

For anyone doing the math in your head that's a question every 2 1/2 minutes.  Insane, I know!  My mom gets the award for the closest guess and Lindsey gets mad props for having the most thought out guess.  Great job!
